In 2000 -2001 our Jewish Community did a great research work, concerning the life of Jews in the village of Rubel, to be exact, the family of Nosanchuk. We found the place where 53 Jewish men from Rubel were killed and buried on the 10th of August 1941.
Thanks to the donation from the Nosanchuks the memorial was built on the grave.
